Article Snippet: After image processing with the Affymetrix GeneChip Operating 1.4 software (GCOS), the CEL files were analyzed using the Affymetrix Expression Console Software v1.3.1 and normalized with the MAS5.0 algorithm by scaling each array to a target value (TGT) of 100 using the global scaling method to obtain an intensity value signal for each probe set.
